We are what we eat. A healthy diet, and our ability to control it, is crucial to live a healthier lifestyle. At Kothar, we live by this everyday. We found that an app that can help you achieve your dietary goals is an app that gives you control. We set out to design an app that helps you manage your meals by adding them to your calendar, thereby giving you a comprehensive view of your diet. CookPlanner allows you to create your own recipes and add them to your calendar. A grocery list is then created with the ingredients in your scheduled meals. Now you can get all the ingredients ahead of time and be ready to prepare your next meal. Your favorite shopping locations can now be added to CookPlanner. You can enable a reminder that is triggered when you are close to one your favorite locations, thereby saving you trips to the grocery store. CookPlanner comes with all the functionality of sharing recipes or grocery lists by email, or sharing photos of recipes on Facebook. To get you started, we have included over seventy recipes specifically crafted by our own chef and food guru for a healthy mediterranean diet. Enjoy! Kothar LLC
